Version 0.4.0

Version 0.4.x will revamp a lot of how tokens and maps are organized, shared and stored.

For 0.4.0 I have changed the need to sync maps and tokens ahead of the session. Missing tokens and maps should now be synced over the network. They are not stored however, so I still recommend to sync tokens and maps off-session.
